What is a Pack?
pack1 [pak] –noun
Two or more people of the same kind, esp. animal loving, FUNdraising ones: a pack of pooch pals.
To be considered a Pack, your group must raise at least $500 and walk together (with or without your pets.)
Who can be in your Pack?
Anyone you have fun with…friends, family, co-workers, fraternity brothers, work-out buddies, and any other animal lover you know that wants to join in to help raise money for Hampton Roads’ homeless animals.
Why join a Pack?
You will pack in the fun while enjoying a sense of camaraderie, as you support the Norfolk SPCA and our four-legged friends. As a bonus you will receive:
How does a Pack raise money?
Tell everyone you know about the walk and ask them to sponsor you by making a contribution - $1, $5, $10, $20, whatever they can. If a sponsor’s company has a matching gift program, have them fill out the paperwork and submit it to their company. This will double your $$! Pledges add up quickly to help you reach your individual $40 fundraising minimum and help your Pack raise the most money.

How do we start a Pack?
Pick a Pack Leader, set a goal, recruit walkers, collect pledges and then join us on September 26th. Pack Leaders, visit The Leader of the Pack, for information on your leadership role and all the tools and tips you will need to create a successful Pack.

We encourage Packs to register on-line and have all pack members take advantage of the personal FUNdraising page. E-mail your page to everyone one in your address book with one click. Each donation you receive will not only count towards your individual total, but also to your Pack’s total.
